My MetaboAnalystR version is 4.2.0, and the R version is 4.5.1.
Initializing the data object encountered an error.

Same problem too, already reloaded R studio and reinstalled the package, still can't run.

Same problem here as well. I reverted to package version 3.0.3, but then I am missing functionality. Is there an option to install package version 4.0.0 - it seems to be working there. (I am using R version 4.2 and 4.5, not working on any of them)

You have to set the dpi argument manually.
