Updates the macOS app icon to use the existing red dragon Mahjong tile asset.

Changes:

Uses Resources/MahjongTiles/red.png as the source for the generated .icns app icon.
Bumps bundle metadata to 0.1.2 / build 3 so Finder and LaunchServices can distinguish the build.
Rebuilds mahjong.zip and verifies the extracted app with codesign.

Note: this remains an ad-hoc signed early macOS build, not a notarized Developer ID release.
