This pull request introduces tracing and diagnostics support for bulk insert operations in the
ObjectBulkCopylibrary, mainly by adding OpenTelemetryActivitySourceinstrumentation. The most important changes include the addition of new utility classes for activity source management and the integration of tracing into the core bulk insert logic.
