Scope

Expose swap quote and transaction preparation tools for Teleton Agent with safe user confirmation.

Implementation Steps

• Define quote request and response models.
• Add provider adapters for STON.fi and DeDust.

• Agent can request swap quotes without signing transactions.
• Swap transactions are blocked until user confirmation.
• Provider errors are surfaced without leaking wallet secrets.
