Scope

Support portable agent configuration export and import while excluding local secrets and private memory data.

Implementation Steps

• Define exportable configuration fields and excluded secret fields.
• Implement import validation, versioning, and migration behavior.
• Add tests for redaction, malformed imports, and version compatibility.

Acceptance Criteria

• Exports do not contain tokens, keys, or local memory contents.
• Imports validate schema version before applying changes.
• Users can preview changes before importing configuration.
