Visualized HTML display issue

On top of the generated HTML, the floating window which appears on mouse hover the op cannot be displayed. It goes out of the edge of window and cannot be seen.

Click on it. It is shown and stays on the bottom panel.

I clicked, but the window's location does not change and the name field is hidden.
