- Bump workspace crate versions from 0.50.0 to 0.51.0 after the failed,
unpublished v0.50.0 release attempt.
- Make scripts/download_release.py download the XLS DSO and standalone
AOT runtime artifacts by default, while providing opt-out flags.
- Configure the publish workflow and Codex maintenance setup to export
the standalone AOT archive and link-config paths required by
xlsynth-aot-runtime.
- Regenerate version metadata to record that release tags have been
examined through v0.50.0; no compatibility entry is added because that
crate version was not published.
