在本地win11过了官方示例
缺陷：有几个模组没实现，不过vcpkg有的这个都有，还多了parquet的加密模组。
以及windows上按照官方说明，部分函数需要事后下一个tzdata到指定目录（见xmake.lua on_install 里 TZdata有关），这个不知道能不能自动下载。暂且按官方实现允许事后手工下载。
