Does 'target:pkg(""):installdir()' works for nuget package?

By the way, xrepo fetch doesn't show output now, is this a bug?

I'm not sure if it's a bug, you can debug it. but the official package works at least.

installdir is typically used for official xmake packages from xmake-repo, as these packages are installed into a separate sandbox directory.
