Keep Boston-cmake compatibility - I considered @danielpieczko's suggestion to move it up one directory but keeping it as is will make it compatible with XVF3800 and a whole raft of RTOS based apps for now. I will mark the use of Boston-cmake as deprecated. I have tested here and all seems to build OK.
