a documentation will need to be written, which will explain how to use the program for users. which options do what, what are the parameters that can be given to them, how to achieve simple tasks (creating a new database and adding passwords to it on the user interface etc.), and descriptions of the methods in the backend.

will need to be available in english and german.

created USAGE.md in docs, which shows a simple overview of some available commands.

will update that when we have a better picture of how everything will look like on the CLI side.
