How to install FlyEnv Helper manually on terminal windows?

Guys I can install FlyEnv Helper, it always says Helper installation program failed, and i must install it manually from terminal

Normally, manual installation is not required. Please try the following steps first.

1. Ensure that PowerShell is included in the system environment variables. You can execute where.exe powershell in the command prompt (cmd) to check. If it prompts that PowerShell cannot be found, please manually add PowerShell to the environment variables. After added, restart FlyEnv and see if the helper program can be installed correctly.
2. If the issue persists after the first step, try running FlyEnv with administrator privileges and check if the helper program can be installed correctly.

If it still doesn’t work, please reply again.
