Fix the documentation of adapt overloads

The current documentation of adapt is broken. the page has a lot of :

doxygenfunction: Cannot find function “xt::adapt” in doxygen xml output for project “xtensor” from directory: ../xml

I got this on more occasions : #2480 . I never completely figured out how this was setup in xtensor
