- Update to zend-servicemanager 3 compatible components.
- Use the Zend\InputFilter\Factory to create the input filters, fixes #2, closes #5.
- Add a InputFilterFactory to help creating a Zend\InputFilter\Factory from the container.
This changes the FormFactory InputFilter parameter to Zend\InputFilter\Factory so clean InputFilters can be created instead of reusing them.
