Instruction for Build the Project

I'm just wondering if it is possible for you to release some instructions on building the project. I'm currently studying your paper but I am not quite sure how to build the project properly.

Hello! I'm also trying to run your code on my machine, but I just don't have any Idea how to build a apk file from your code. Can I get any help? Is running "build.sh" just enough? Do I need any external code or do I have to build the "ncnn" frame work?
