Installing package doesn't work.

devtools::install_github('xuranw/MuSiC') doesn't work.
Could you check the working status of the package installation on your side?

It worked for me after running

options(timeout=9999999)

to prevent a timeout when downloading the repo. The I installed a couple of missing dependencies and devtools::install_github('xuranw/MuSiC') worked fine after that.

Am not 100% sure that "...I installed a couple of missing dependencies and ..." does describe a working install routine.
The install failed to install TOAST by itself. This one is a ... BiocManager dependency. Could the maintainer please check if the module installs in a naked R environment (e.g. a nascent Apptainer image)? And if not change the Definition file until it does?
That would be VERY helpful.
