raise error when I Install MinkowskiEngine. #41
Description
when I use the command "export BLAS_INCLUDE_DIRS=/opt/conda/include
export BLAS=openblas
pip install -U git+https://github.com/NVIDIA/MinkowskiEngine -v --no-deps", and it raise error:
