Logo concept for Wisp Science — feedback welcome

Hi! I’ve been exploring a few ideas for Wisp Science’s logo and thought I’d share one here, hoping it might offer a starting point for discussion and inspire other ideas.

The idea combines the name “Wisp” with a scientific network:

• Three flowing wisps, constructed from overlapping circles, form the bowl of the p, suggesting ideas taking shape.
• Connected circular nodes extend the wordmark into a network of ideas, tools, and scientific knowledge.
• The teal and dark palette draws on the app’s visual style.

Standalone Mac app icon concept

I also explored a standalone Mac app icon using the central three-wisp symbol in a rounder form. The idea is to make the symbol feel complete on its own and recognizable at smaller sizes, while keeping it connected to the full logo.

I think a strong logo is an important part of a product’s identity: it helps people recognize and remember it, and gives a sense of what it stands for.

This is just a personal idea I wanted to share, in the hope of encouraging more ideas and discussion about Wisp Science’s logo design.
