Consistency between task assignee position in the task description and in the report

Steps to reproduce :

• Create a task with an assignee at the beginning of the description
• Create a task report displaying this task

Expected behaviour :
The assignee is in the same place in the report and in the task

Actual behaviour :
The assignee is at the end of the description in the report

Alternative : be able to choose whether the assignee is at the beginning or at the end of line in the report

The macros should appear properly in the task report without moving around the assignee and due date.
