Currently we're manually shipping a winpcap version, but we want to use the chocolatey upstream version again as soon as it is fixed Revert Commit d68447badf9052d723b042b4c83861125b5d7d1a when [upstream](https://github.com/chocolatey-community/chocolatey-packages/issues/2106) is fixed
