Exclude single-value dimensions from weigh check heuristic

Right now, we include all grouping dimensions in the weight check estimate calculation. If a dimension gets filtered down to a single inclusive value, it won't impact the actual weight, and so we shouldn't include it's cardinality in the weight check estimate.
