Bug: Negation patterns with `!` in ignore patterns don't work properly

I'm experiencing an issue where negation patterns using the ! prefix in ignore.customPatterns are not properly excluding files from being ignored.

It appears this is related to limitations in fast-glob's handling of negative ignore patterns:
