Feature Request: Allow setting a maximum size (in MB) for files that will be packed

Sometimes repos contain unexpected massive files. Running stat before opening files and filtering out any that are too large helps with having a smooth experience.

A config variable like skipFilesLargerThan that takes a string like "500kB" would be my suggestion but I really have no strong opinion on the implementation

You're absolutely right — it's usually best to exclude overly large files.

I'm thinking of adding an input.maxFileSize option for this. While I'm not sure how many other options will go under input in the future, I think it makes sense as a category for input-related filters.

It should be straightforward to implement, so I'll give it a try!
