What to change when you upgrade:

• Host tokens are parent[:N] and child:NAME[:N]. parenthost is gone. local / localhost / l are ordinary SSH names (child:local); --local / -l raise.
• Public names match: parent_gb / --parent-gb, include_parent, and so on. --master-gb raises.
• Default go / drive dirs sit next to the script under .distsshkit/ (setup logs stay under the project).
