I added a functionality that allows the user to save a separate file but only with the area of interest. I took care of the flags following your guidelines and added checks as needed. I consider this functionality useful for cases like data preprocessing (talking from my own experience, since I needed to isolate the areas samurai tracked for my thesis project).
