Product Management Resources

A curated collection of product management frameworks, templates, and resources — built for practitioners, not theorists.

Who This Is For

  • PMs looking for a specific framework or template — browse by discipline, grab what you need
  • New PMs joining my team — start with the onboarding guide for a structured 90-day learning path
  • Anyone curious about how I think about Product — this repo is my toolkit, opinionated and practical

How I Think About Product

Good product management is about making better decisions under uncertainty. Not more decisions — better ones. Here's what I've learned matters most:

Outcomes over outputs. Shipping features is easy. Solving problems is hard. The best PMs I've worked with obsess over whether anything actually changed for the customer, not whether the roadmap got delivered on time.

Discovery before delivery. The most expensive thing you can build is the wrong thing. Spend time understanding the problem before committing engineering resources to a solution. Cheap experiments beat expensive launches.

Data-informed, not data-driven. Data tells you what happened. It rarely tells you why. Combine quantitative signals with qualitative understanding. Talk to customers, watch them use the product, then look at the numbers.

Strong opinions, loosely held. Have a point of view. Defend it. But update it when evidence says you're wrong. The worst PMs are the ones who never commit to a direction or who never change their minds.

The best product is the one that ships and learns. Perfectionism kills products. Get something real in front of users, learn, iterate. Speed of learning is your actual competitive advantage.
