Storage Tab: shorten storage pool name wisely

Storage pool names might be quite long. Currently on a storage tab only the last component of this name is displayed.
Big multi tenant cluster can have different storage pools with the same last component.

Implemented shortening approach will result in duplicate storage pool names.

Let's write full name and add three dots to the left using the same approach as with databases names
