Delete database in UI

What should be done:

• Remove DB form with confirmation fields
• Forms loading and error views, success and error toasters - reuse components from create DB form

- [ ] Manage button with dropdown (edit & remove) in header
- [ ] Edit form with the same resources as in create DB form
