add field for pragmas in query settings dialog

the idea is very simple:

1. I fill multi-line text box with some initialization pragmas, for example "PRAGMA OrderedColumns;"
2. Every time SQL query is executed, content of this text is inserted into beginning of the query.
3. And I think it would be better to fill it with this pragma by default.
