TopShard Tab: Distinguish leaders from followers #2783
Description
With enable_follower_stats feature flag Top Shards tab displays followers along with leaders.
Followers have tablet id of a leader followed by a follower id: 72075186224038476.5
But it is close to impossible to distinguish follower from a leader.
On the tablets tab followers have grey sign "follower" after the tablet type
Let's find a way to reuse this approach with "follower" word
