Vector index parameters on Info tab

For a vector index, its important parameters are not displayed on the Info tab. I have to scroll through several levels in Describe every time.
Please, show the parameters marked in red in the Describe on the Info tab.

We try to make distinction between secondary and vector indexes.

This screenshot is confusing.

Please, make like this. There is "Vector index" on the top and just space on the middle.

And remove the prefix VECTOR_TYPE_
