New design for the Arguments in a tool

Redesign the tool arguments display in the AI assistant chat interface to improve readability and information hierarchy.

Add Arguments header above arguments list.
Add Response header above tool response content.

Implement using Definition List pattern:
Argument name..........argument value

Initial state: Show maximum of 3 arguments.
Expandable functionality: Show "Show all N" button when arguments > 3.
On click: expand to show all arguments. Button text changes to "Show less".
