Short list of databases when cluster HC is collapsed

When I open a cluster and see a list of databases with expanded cluster info I am happy.

Then I command to collapse the hc panel

And list of databases is not refreshed

And it is short
I expect it last down to the end of the screen 

Currently it seems like something is broken and databases are missing
