UI/UX — Quantitative and qualitative testing of Storage tab interface in light theme #3227
Description
One of our users reported not realizing that the horizontal tabs on the Databse page were clickable and interactive. He assumed the tabs were static or non‑switching elements. This issue was observed in the light theme interface.
We need to conduct a combined quantitative and qualitative test to evaluate the discoverability and perceived interactivity of the tab component in the Storage UI, especially in the light theme.
Hypothesis
In the light theme, visual affordances for the tab component (hover states, selected state contrast, cursor change) may be insufficient, leading to lower discoverability of interactivity.
