Provide the LLM highlighted sections and annotations as a source

No idea how technically complex this would be. As a non-programmer, my approach would be to have a file containing the text snippets and some sort of scaffolding around them to indicate what is highlight and what is annotation.
I assume the LLM is capable of finding the source of any quote in the full document.
