Fetches list of selected country DMR ID's from radioid.net and stores to MOTOTRBO XML file, suitable for paste to Configuration->Contacts->Contacts.
For duplicated names adds counter to the end of Contact name.
Useful to have them in the radio when both radios working over same repeater/hotspot and have no TA TX.
