I received this errors in GLPI 10.2

Not very elegant but......just comment out line 38....looks like is working

I'm still working for GLPI10, so the documentation is not ready.
You must install TCPDF because it not still present.
To fix your issue:
in command line
in glpi/plugins/pdf
run composer install
