Transform template site into external links hub with Hatena integration

This PR transforms the generic template site into a functional hub for external links, focusing on Japanese web platforms as requested in the issue.

Changes Made

Site Branding & Title

• Updated page title from "Epilogue by TEMPLATED" to "Ymtezo's Hub - Dynamic Links & Resources"
• Changed header from generic template branding to personalized "Ymtezo's Hub" with Japanese subtitle
• Updated footer attribution to credit both the original template and site creator

Content Transformation

• Replaced Lorem ipsum placeholder content with Japanese descriptions of each platform
• Updated main banner section with Japanese text explaining the site's purpose as a hub for dynamic content
• Transformed the four article sections into functional external link cards:
  • Hatena (はてな) - Featured prominently as the primary platform
  • GitHub - Developer platform for code sharing
  • Qiita - Technical knowledge sharing community
  • note - Content creation platform

Functional Links

• Replaced all placeholder "#" links with real external URLs
• Updated social media icons in footer to link to the featured platforms
• Added working "Call to Action" button linking to Hatena
• All links now direct users to actual external sites

Japanese Localization

• Added Japanese content throughout the site as appropriate for the target audience
• Maintained bilingual approach with platform names in both Japanese and English
• Included Japanese descriptions explaining each platform's purpose and value

README Update

• Updated repository README to reflect the new purpose as a dynamic links hub
• Added descriptions of featured platforms
• Included link to the live site

The site now successfully serves as "外部サイトとのリンクハブ" (external site links hub) with Hatena as the central focus, while providing access to other dynamic content platforms.

Fixes #1.
