Install xlog2 beyond the Ubuntu PPA — including Debian and Raspberry Pi OS:

• xlog2-qt-0.6.3-{x86_64,aarch64}.AppImage — the Qt logger as a single file (bundles Qt 6; runs even where system GTK < 4.10).
• xlog2-syncd-0.6.3-linux-{x86_64,aarch64}.tar.gz — portable headless sync/backup peer.
• xlog2-syncd-0.6.3-linux-{x86_64,aarch64}-static.tar.gz — fully-static musl syncd (single dependency-free binary, any Linux).

syncd tarballs include an install.sh (per-user service + lingering + config scaffold). LoTW upload needs tqsl on the host. No functional change to the app since 0.6.0.
