Documentation patch release. No functional code changes from 0.5.0; this release exists to refresh the README on the npm package page (npm freezes the README to whatever ships in the publish tarball at publish time).

  • README rewritten around the 0.5.0 surface (86 tools, three transports, PAT/OAuth, Docker plus Helm, supply-chain posture, contributor credits).
  • Tool-surface accuracy fixes — no archive tool; corrected CRUD claims for issues, labels, milestones, protected branches.
  • Doc layout cleanup — CURSOR_INTEGRATION.md moved to docs/; removed stale README-old.md, AGENTS.md, tools/.
