Bug in TUI display on MacOS due to files with Chinese characters

Describe the bug
In some cases, the TUI will display duplicate lines.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Execute spf.
2. Go to a folder containing some files with Chinese names.
3. Continuous press a few J can trigger.

Expected behavior
There should be no problem of display confusion.

Turns out this issue is actually not getting reproduced in my setup.
My layout is breaking due to different bug

• macOS folder icon files break the rendering #654

Issue reproduced. This was due to file with long chinese character in the name. Causing rendering of metadata panel to break.

Its fixed in latest main now in this rendering update - #781
