3-lens adversarial review applied: fix the /pricing export claim (scaling
helpers are main-entry only), scope the accuracy claim to the normal regime,
make every example copy-paste runnable, add a manager onramp + quoteOnChain
client setup, disambiguate managerWithdraw/withdrawPlp, peer-dep note.
