Offline functionality

Although discussed many times in #18, #538, #500, #81 I want to push this feature again in your focus.

As used in https://github.com/DavidVentura/offline-translator there seems to a possiblity to add an offline functionality.

Maybe you can think about it again, as this would this app make nearly perfect.

This would unfortunately require to include C++ binaries in the app, so I'm not that excited about that.

https://github.com/DavidVentura/offline-translator is great though - you can probably just keep both apps installed on your phone.
