This PR adds a retro-style computer loading screen with a GIF animation. The loader is centered both vertically and horizontally on the page and features a subtle pop animation for visual appeal.

/retro-loader

Changes Include:

HTML: Added a loader-container div with a retro GIF.

CSS:

Centered loader using flexbox.

Added white container with rounded corners and shadow for depth.

Applied a continuous pop keyframe animation to create a scaling effect.

Set image width and rounded corners for styling.

Followed the contributing file by forking repo, making my additional directory, creating my html file, and once done, added my contribution to the README file under loaders.

… and also incorporated a gif into the directory as well
Added Css to the bod of the index file that makes the gif cenetered gives a background color to the whole screen, and set margin and heights
Implement a loader container with a white background, padding, rounded corners, shadow, and pop animation that smoothly scales the element to create an in and out effect.
For documentation, I added some comments for some of the less obvious css in my code stating what it does

@Guarotav

what have you done here? You have only just added the loading computer gif, other than that you have just added the background color. Its not the creativity, at first i thought the whole loading ui with computer is done by coding but i was wrong.

Please contribute a valuable project.
Thank you !!!
