Rebuild the wiki as a documentation book Restructure all pages into a five-part guide with interconnected prose, mermaid architecture/state/sequence diagrams, real code and endpoint examples, and updated authority_records terminology throughout. New chapters: Governance and decisions, Data and migrations, API reference, Testing.
Enrich docs: delivery architecture, content-document inventory, preview DB, fix stale seed/check refs
Absorb agent context page; update reliability, cron, and deployment docs
Explain Hub workflows and isolated demos with diagrams
Document organisation roles and permission boundaries
