Initial Stable Public Release

The initial stable public release of the Multi Menu plugin. This release has been tested with PHP versions 8.2 and 8.3 and on WordPress versions between 6.7.2 and 6.8.1. This release also contains a bugfix for the slideout menu where the slideout menu would be hidden behind other elements on some themes.

Barring any issues with the code to allow for automatic updates via GitHub, this will serve as the initial public release. This release is also being used to test that the code to allow the plugin to automatically update from GitHub is working properly. If that code is not working, a subsequent release to fix that issue will follow shortly.
