Added code base for all the APIs and also added postman collection with APIs to do these below operations:
#1. GetAvailavleSlots
#2. BookASlot
#3. CalculateCost
#4. DeAllocateVahicle

The SQL credentials are also included separately in email for testing perpose. I'll delete this DB after 7 days.
Please use SQlWorkbench or, some other software to explore the DB
