What's new since v1.0.0:

Save picker: the app lists your saves automatically from the default Cyberpunk folder, so you no longer need to find sav.dat. Defaults to Manual saves, with a toggle to show auto and quick saves.
Update checking: checks for new versions on launch and shows a Download banner when one is available, plus a manual Check for Updates button.

Native Apple Silicon, Developer ID signed and Apple-notarized. Drag the app to Applications and double-click.
