Summary: Issues sometimes in customer environments where ybops was not being imported properly in pexvenv. Sometimes problems were resolved with regeneration of pexvenv, so we add a marker file after explicitly testing for ybops import after creation of pexvenv. This will recreate pexvenv on all existing systems, but this shouldn't have any adverse effects.

Test Plan: Replace common.sh on existing yba-installer, ensure pexvenv is recreated with .pex_valid marker file. ybcloud.sh commands still succeed
