Summary: When CM is enabled, Live Queries tab is empty due to the field `backend_type` change in the json from the endpoint `:13000/rpcz`.

Test Plan:
Manually tested with CM and without CM.
Manually checked that the metric `yb_node_ysql_connections_count` is getting populated correctly after this change.
Run UTs.
Run itests.
